My Opinion
Elites Sound Buffed if you ask me Hope the Can Balance it.
Weapons
-New Info on Plasma Repeater,Plasma Launcher,Focus Rifle
Grenade Launcher,AR,DMR,Magnum,
Vehicle Changes.
My View
Bungie is Saying the Elites will not have the Plasma Repeater in Campaign. Because of its Effect
Firing Power.I think thy have a Lower percentile of Elites have them Correlating with Difficulty Level.
Like the Jackals with Beam Rifles.
Plasma Repeater
Plasma Repeater. It’s a bit different that the Plasma Rifle you’ve become accustomed to. It still sends out a steady stream of bright blue plasma bolts, but the cadence will taper off as the weapon overheats. And while you’ll never need to worry about it rendering the weapon useless as it cools, you’ll need to vent it out if you want to run it at full speed using the reload button.from that i get it can always shoot when Overheated it shoots at weaker Powers.
